Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We endeavour to supply all our products within 5 days.

Most products are kept in stock for fast dispatch.

Larger items where described will be delivered on a pallet.

Someone must be present at the point of delivery to sign for the goods.

Returns

Whilst we package up our products as well as we can, damage could possibly occur during transit.

Should your product arrive with damage, we will endeavour to work with you to repair the item on site.

In the very unlikely event that the product is not repairable we will arrange a complete replacement if necessary.

We cannot accept returns on the basis that the wrong item was ordered, however we will come to an arrangement with you for replacement with the correct product.
